3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY Data collected via Mertoland.com is stored on encrypted and highly secure servers on modern cloud infrastructure (Supabase). Your data is kept for the period required by the processing purpose or to the extent allowed by legal storage periods.

4. TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA Your personal data; Shipping Companies for the delivery of orders, PayTR payment institution for payment security and collection, can be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations in case of a legal obligation.
